Happily announcing the end of the first “i-Develop program” run, I-Develop is one of the group’s development programs targeting line-staff as well as first-time supervisory levels, with the objective of highlighting the different types of leadership, starting with positivism, communication, motivation, all the way to creativity and dispute settlement.
